Eczema Relief That Actually Works: My Story & Customers’ Stories

If you’re dealing with eczema or stubborn dry, itchy skin, I see you. I’ve been there—the sleepless nights, the sting, the frustration when nothing seems to work. This is my real story of finding relief, plus customer results that continue to inspire me.

My Eczema Story

I never had skin issues growing up. But after moving to Australia, my skin changed. I developed eczema that escalated this year—dry, red patches that grew worse day by day and were so itchy I couldn’t sleep. I tried different creams with little improvement.

That’s when Mark (my husband) formulated two products specifically to help calm my skin: Mugwort Mist and Repairing Balm. The Mugwort Mist helped to instantly calm itchiness and visible redness. The Repairing Balm—rich and nourishing—kept my skin moisturised and formed a protective barrier to support healing and comfort. With consistent, gentle care, my skin finally started to feel normal again. Below is my eczema healing journey.

(Leg) Before - Day 1

The skin was really dry, red, irritated damaged skin, very very itchy

After - Day 7 after applying Repairing Balm

Smoother-looking skin with visible reduction in redness and dryness. Itchiness calmed.

(Body) Before - Day 1

Dry, red, irritated eczema patch on body

After - Day 3 after applying Repairing Balm & Mugwort Mist

Less red and calmer appearance

What Finally Worked for Me

Calm first (Mugwort Mist): Pat onto clean skin to soothe the itchiness.

Seal in moisture (Repairing Balm): While skin is still slightly damp from the mist, apply a layer of balm to lock hydration in and protect the skin barrier.

Repeat as needed: Reapply to dry or itchy areas during the day.

Patch Test Tip: If your skin is very sensitive, start with a small patch first. Consistency matters—little and often is better than a thick layer all at once.

Why This Duo Helps My Sensitive Skin

Soothe & hydrate, fast: The light mist provides instant comfort feeling and hydration before balm application.

Protect & support the barrier: The rich balm seals in moisture and helps shield dry, irritated areas from the elements.

Gentle by design: The routine is simple and low-friction, so it’s easy to stick with daily.

Pro Tip: Apply balm to slightly damp skin (after mist) to help it spread easily and feel more comfortable. If your balm seems firmer in cooler weather, warm a small amount in the palm first.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the Repairing Balm suitable for babies and small children?
Yes—it's very gentle and designed for sensitive skin. Always patch test first. Apply a thin layer to clean, slightly damp skin.

Can I use Mugwort Mist on babies?
We don’t recommend Mugwort Mist for babies or very young children because it contains essential oils. For little ones, use Repairing Balm alone. For older children and adults, patch test first and avoid the eyes area.

What if the mist tingles or stings a little?
Because the mist contains Dead Sea salt, you may feel a very slightly tingling or mild stinging sensation on compromised or very dry skin. This is normal and should fade quickly. If it feels uncomfortable or lasts, rinse with water and switch to Repairing Balm until the area settles.

Can I use both together?
Yes—use the mist first to calm the itchiness, then the balm to seal in hydration.

How quickly will I see results?
Everyone’s skin is unique. Some notice quickly in 1 day ; some may take longer in few days. Visible changes may take several days of consistent use.
